We do not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, musical works, applications, or any other materials (collectively, «Content») that you transmit, submit, display or publish on Cyberbrothers site.
By posting your Content you grant to Cyberbrothers a limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on, through or in connection with other Cyberbrothers Services without limitation, in any media formats and through any media channels, except that Content marked «private» will not be distributed by Cyberbrothers outside the Cyberbrothers Services. You also grant each user (or specified users, if Content is designated «private») of Cyberbrothers site or Services a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal and non-commercial license to access and view your contents.
This limited license does not grant Cyberbrothers or other users the right to sell or otherwise distribute your Content outside of the Cyberbrothers Services without your agreement.
The license you grant to Cyberbrothers is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to us) and royalty-free (meaning that Cyberbrothers is not required to pay you or anyone else deriving rights from you for the use of the Content that you publish), sublicensable (so that we are able to use our affiliates, subcontractors and other partners to provide you with services), and worldwide (because the Internet and our community are global).
You represent and warrant that:
If you would like to revoke the limited license you granted to Cyberbrothers for related Content, you need to remove your Content from your account, or change the Content’s privacy setting to «private», and inform our site administrator about such actions in written form, asking to revoke this limited license. We will cease distribution and terminate the license as soon as practicable.
Nevertheless, you understand and agree that once Content is distributed by our network publically or incorporated into other aspects of the Cyberbrothers services, we are under no obligation to delete or ask other users or linked services to delete it, and therefore it may continue to circulate and be used indefinitely.
Cyberbrothers may retain (but not display, distribute, or perform) server copies of contents that have been removed or deleted.
Cyberbrothers respects the intellectual property of others, and we expect our users will do the same.
We may, as it is stated in our User’s Agreement, terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
If you think that your work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us e-mail with detailed explanation.
In case you believe that your work has been removed or disabled due copyright infringement mistake, please provide us with a written statement and information, supporting your claim.
